NEVER SHOP WITH PEP HOME EMPANGENI

I will never shop again and can never recommend this store, Lindi eMpangeni Pep Home, did the basic she can, undisclosed area manager refused to pay me my balance back after returning items for exchange which were less the purchased item prize, and insisted I should spend my balance. I look around tryna find something, I needed nothing but I was forced to buy up to the outstanding value cause they refused to pay me balance in cash refund, I'm disappointed, heart broken, I regret buying from Pep Home from the start, I call customer care, lady name Siphokazi who was not very friendly told me there's nothing they can do, I will have to send them an email which I will recieve a response in 72hrs, while I was in shop calling. My beautiful day was spoiled by Pep Home eMpangeni.
