Never have stock of items on special

I am reffering to The woman fleece jackets that went on sale on the 5th of June for R59.99. I was at the store 10min after it had opened on the day. I asked where the jackets were and I was informed there was no more stock left and that they only received a small box of stock. This is not the first time that there is no stock of items that go on sale. Whenever something goes on sale and I go to the store, the people at the store inform me of the same thing. They received a small box and its all sold out. Either the staff are purchasing the items before it gets on the floor or the store is not receiving enough stock. You can not advertise something but there is never stock of the item. I have been to the store everyday since the 5th and Ive been informed they did not receive stock again. Dont put the items on sale if you can not supply the goods. The people working at the store says they always only get a small box of stock. This is not acceptable!!
