Never felt so stupid

Was in PEP in Strand square, looking for concert clothes for my son. Want in with my trollie because I just wanna run in quickly and I had meat in my trollie don't want to put it in my hot car. While struggling to get the pants and plain shirt the shop assistant approach me. Instead of asking if she can help me she went on how I must leave the trolliej in the front (unattended) while shopping cause I will damage the stock. With no sign of "no trollies" at the door. I felt stupid and left.
