Never experienced such service in my entire life

I bought flash voucher at pep store and put it in my grocery bag.So we I reached at home my flash voucher was accidentally messed up by something that was linking inside my bag.I called the flash call centre, the person who I was talking to asked for a reference number which I could hardly see it.Then she told me that she won't be able to help me cause I couldn't provide the reference and advised me to go back to the store I bought the voucher.I didn't waste time, I went there and got their manager.She asked for the slip, I gave her and took it and went to reprint it.After that there was no reference.She called their head office asked for it, their respond was that they no longer provides reference for lost airtime. So I lost my money which was R500 because of one mistake and the reference couldn't be provided by the very same store I bought the voucher.i gave up
