Never buy phone from PEP

Please don't ever buy a phone from Pep, no matter how urgent you need a phone. I bought a Samsung and 2 months later I could not do anything with the phone. It was locked with the IME number on the screen. I took it back to the shop and 2 weeks later when I went to inquire about the status the rude manager(Kgabo from Tibane) said I must just buy a new phone. Imagine how ****ed I was. He said if I want the phone back without being fixed I must do so. Yoh please don't ever buy a phone from PEP. At this point I paid for a phone that is with the shop and they are using covid restrictions as an excuse.
