NEVER BUY CELL PHONE AT PEP

I nought a phone last week friday at Groblersdal, it just says no service it does not take vodacom sim, now when l try to exchange it here in Tafelkop mall they say they cannot change it l have to go to Groblersdal and now seven days has passed because l was not around, sis pep
