NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NORTHGATE PEPCELL BECAUSE YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND RETURN IT

Bought an MTN WiFi ****le ZTEMF927U from PEP CELL Northgate about 3 weeks ago. Subsequently bought DATA so we could be able to use it. but to our frustration the device NEVER got to work. Kept popping up "NO DATA" error message. Went to Northgate MTN customer service centre and Sadly they could not assist, instead referred us to their 1555 call centre which too could not help even after calling them more than 3 times. when we took the device back to PEP for a refund, we were told we cannot get a refund because the 7 days period has elapsed
