Never buy a phone from Pep

On the 22 May I took my phone in for repairs at Pep Clothing mall of the North because it started malfunctioning and I've had this for about 6 months. I've to the store to inquire if it has been returned and to no there's not feedback from the store and they give a standard response we'll call you once we've received your phone. It's exactly 8 weeks today and to date have not received any response from them. This is the last time that I will ever buy a phone from Pep. The manager too does not care.
