never again will I ever use any services affiliated with pep store's not even a sim card

I'm disgusted by the service and attitude I was given at pep in South Dale mall as we speak I'm standing outside and the supervisor is rude doesn't no how to talk to PPL not even conciderate to even hear what I have to say I bought 2 school trousers for my nephew coming to find that sizes. don't fit this was in July around the 26th I there for came back the following day and there was no issues exchanges were done for me got home still not the right size so I then decided to go to rosettenvill to check for sizes there an exchange was done I was asked to make a cash difference because prices were not the same I didn't mind that I paid the difference then now only to find that the sizes on the pants still don't fit so decided to take boy trousers instead of girls trousers now so now on the system it says I should be given a refund of R70 of witch I could careless about the change but get trousers instead I'm given attitude by both the cashier and superior making a noise saying that they won't help me I should go to rosettenvill like do they even consider the fact that I'm a buying customer I firstly didn't come for a refund but instead trousers nothing else like this is the first time iv experienced such service ever from pep and I will never set foot in any pep store ever as if u came her for a refund or something all I wanted was trousers disappointed in the stuff that u hire as I believe this wasn't the behaviour they came with wen looking for a job but now that they employees they forget that I'm the reason they have a job disappointed
