Netsurfer Tablet at Pep cell

Good day<br> <br> My name is Roseline , I bought netsurfer tablet at PEP for R1999 in November and end of January I took it for repairs as the touch screen couldn't sense my fingers any more. Pep promise me it will only take a month to have my phone back but as today I haven't received the tablet back.<br> <br> The tablet was damaged in two months and now its taking forever for me to have it back . when I call Pep to enquire about when I will get the tablet their response is they will follow it up and get back to me and they never did.<br> <br> I wasn't the only one taking back the phone for repairs , there is something wrong with the phone for now , I think Pep should refund me <br> <br> Regards
