NELISA PEP STORE IS DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING!!!!

i would like to complain about the horrible disgusting service i got at PEP stores in Daveyton Mall.i arrived had parcels to leave at the parcel counter and stood there literally for three minutes whilst the stuff was having conversions pretending not to see us as we were waiting to be assisted and do our shopping, then infront of me there was this customer who forgot the parcel counter token or wht ever that you get after leaving your parcels and to my surprise a lady by the name of NELISA who works there shouted the lady saying what is your problem why do you leave your parcels and dont take the parcel token my GOD poor women was shocked and apologized, as i thought its now sorted she looked me in the eye and told me no one is available at the parcel counter till point and i must just wait for her to finish with whatever that's she's doing, I then kindly asked for her name and in confidence she showed me her name tag and as i said thank they burst in laughter with her colleague who was standing infront of her,this is so disgusting and disrespectful,dont know they treat us like trash because we buying at pep stores as the mentality is that pep stores is affordable and that gives them the reason to undermine us whereas they depend on our support to get paid,,,,not happy at all about that lady she is going to drag the pep store down with her rebellious behaviour
