negligence

<p>Bought a cell phone at PEP Village Square Mall Randfontein, needed to send in for Mobicell as they can fix the problem (still under guarantee)Bough the cell in May...Went to PEP branch where we bought it as per instructions from Mobicell. Phone was handed in 04/08/2017, follow up on 14/08/2017 with MTN, no such phone was booked according to IMEI code, called PEP, they did NOT book the phone and send it away...one lady who assisted me VERY RUDE and NOT HELPFULL at all, first argued with me WHEN I HANDED IN THE PHONE. They where supposed to send in the phone more than a week ago and failed to do so, now she is giving me other dates when it will be send in!! Does not work like this, and surely not keeping your customers happy with such SLOW service!!</p>
