My sister was ****** of her cellphone in the store, at around 3PM 08-04-2024. Reported it on the spot and showed the staff the culprit and their response was that they had no security nor do they have cameras. She asked they call security and after she pressed the panic button 3x there still was no response from the mall security!!! Clearwater mall is NOT safe! Pep is the ****s field and they laughed at her since she couldn’t do anything more! She was humiliated and traumatised because what if the ****s had guns?! What’s the use of having panic buttons if no one is going to respond? She’s a Nedbank employee at the same mall and now dreads going to work tomorrow because of this ordeal!
