My pep Ilanga mall

The pep store at ilanga mall although Ayanda the cashier that was assisting me was very helpful with my refund. The cashier next to her Angel left me unpleased because of her rude comments she was making because I was refunding the item. She did not apologise or make means of it. Her customer service surely needs improvement. I left unhappy.
