My Parcel is lost

I sent a parcel to Kathu Northern Cape to weeks back,the parcel was sent to Eastern instead. I called them Paxi corier last week complaining about the parcel being delayed to be delivered. They told me that the parcel on at Eastern Cape they are going to send the parcel to Northern Cape the following day because it is their fault. I am still waiting for them to send a tracking number,the parcel is not sent. What a horrible experience. I will never advise anyone to use Paxi
