My mum was sold an old phone and was refused to be given a new one .

<p>My mum bought a phone at pep store in mamelodi danlyn mall only to realise that the phone was old and had few scratches on not had no plastic screen cover to show it's new also , since my mum is old she could not go back immediately she went on the seventh day to complain about the matter the lady that was helping her by the name of Bongi she said there's nothing they can the phone insisted the phone was new ,my mum is so not happy at all with the treatment she received at pep and she is forced to keep the phone that looks like it been used before .</p>
