My money is gone just like that

My name is sizakele. I deposited R600 at 15h00 on the 14th December 2023 at pep trade route in gauteng. On the 15th December 2023 I sent ref number and pin number to my sister in KZN to withdraw the money,she went to pep Harding and the money was not there she phoned me and told me that the money was withdrawn, I called pep customer care the lady checked for me she told me the money was withdrawn at absa trade route at 15h09 on the 14th of december 2023, on the same day that I deposited money. On the 16th December I went to pep trade route and reported the matter, a manager told me to ho to the police station and open a case. I'm not happy at all my money is gone just like that
