My complain was attended to in a sense of agency:)

PEP Has shown that they value their client and they strive to keep their clients happy all the time. Time. Shimaria area manager made sure that she looks at the complaint and come up with a solution, and yes my phone has been returned to me,not just any phone but a brand new phone. Thank you Shimaria for your afford and your hard work on solving this problem.
