Mtn minutes bundle s 7 days

Hope this find you well ,I bought Mtn Bundle 7 days minutes at pep cell Sheshego circle, if I recharge I got the error message. Until I found out with myn agent that voucher is loaded/used 2025/11/25 .

I took the voucher back to the sales point to assist me .it's been 2 weeks now no response as a promised.

When I leave the shop this other lady said they will send me voucher. I'm still waiting. Please help me to get my money back or voucher .please
