I would like to report bad service from pep home Atteridgeville Atlyn mall I went there to buy a coffee mug on the 22nd but then when I got home I realized that the mug is chipped on top and I had already lost the slip as I trusted that the mug was in good condition, I went there the next day to exchange the mug with a proper one but then the staff was so unpleasant to start with they told me about the slip and I explained very well that I have lost the slip because I didn't think the mug was damaged but then they insisted I had to go with the mug and throw it away without even using it because they made it very clear that they won't assist me and it's my problem that I had lost the slip.... I'm very disappointed and hurt because I love that shop and alway buy the and the manager is very good and offer lovely service everyday but his staff need to review their customer service skills and knowledge coz what they offer is bad client service and my leg is injured I'm using a leg walker to walk but then they left me hanging. Please give customers exceptional client service.
