Pep money transfers Yhoo what a ridiculous and a trap service my mother needed money agently i went in to pep zevenwacht mall to deposit the money for her on 05.10.2019 and she was in mthatha town i send her everything that sje needs in oder for her to withdraw the money . She went to absa ATMs as they say u can also withdraw the money from those Atm the ATM gave her the error message untill she went inside the pep store in mthatha they told her that they can not assist as the depositer was depositing the money at their risk she called me back i went to the pep for assistance i was told there is nothing they can do i need to call the callcenter . When i get i call the callcenter with R100 airtime the consultant that i speak with she told me i need to go to pepstore they the ID that i am giving its not mine and when i ask who is the owner of the id how did i get hold of the id she told me know i must go to the store then they can assist me from the i ask to speak with a manager or team leader who was also sounding not to know his JD and not even try to resolved the query and remember when i call them their aswering machien told me i need to wait on the line there is five calls on tue holding with my airtime till my air time cut i call again speak with another lady who tryed to assist me but funny enough the number she sent on my phone was still unable to withdraw my money i have to send money so long to my mum till now i have not been assisted and the people that they hire at their store they very unprofessional i think everyone needs to make sure they are carefull when they going to send the money using their service they will eat your money and after no one will assist you
