I bough a cellphone 2 days ago at pep cell and it never worked when i went to the store. I was told i could not get help because it is nor 7 says yet but ut did not tae them 7 days to deduct money in my acvount for that sale. I called even customer care they did nothing to help. All they say it tgat it is not 7 days yet and because i bought it in the different location where as their agent said i can go to any pep cell store. That service is poor of the pooresr and invmconviniencung. I mean do i have to drive more than 90 case for the store that sold tge phone to me
