Most humiliating experience.

As i write this i am deeply torn apart because of the experience i had yesterday at PEP clothing at Balfour park branch.

Yesterday around 3pm i walked into the pep store with the aim of purchasing a hat but unfortunately they were not there so i walked out. As i walked in the security guard decided to follow me behind, i noticed him but paid little attention to it. He then turn back and went to the door. About 5minutes later i decide to leave the store as i couldn't find what i was looking for, so i made my way out. When i got to the door the Security guard rudely and aggressively ordered me to be searched. I then asked Why was i to be searched when other customers are not being searched and his reply was he does not have to answer Nonsense. He then further aggressively commanded me to follow his work mate (female) to take me to a certain room where the search was to happen. Every other customer was staring at me as if i was a ******** found guilty beyond reasonable doubt. My rights as a customer were violated inside the store and Upon learning i was no ******** they did not not have the decency to apologize to me. This was the most disgusting and humiliating experience that did not need to happen but it did. I hope this issue gets sorted out. We cannot be treated as piece of trash in stores.
