Most appaling service I encounter with a store

I bought a peer of boot from PEP in Mossel bay last month, not even 3 month in the shoes broke. I decided to take it back to the PEP in Kuilsriver, they then requested the slip which I had lost at that point I draw a statement as proof that I has bought it at a PEP store. Amica at PEP Kuilsriver store then come back as stated that her manager said there is no PEP in Mossel bay.

The ignorance, pathetic service, please educate your staff on the location of your stores. Appalling to encounter how little the manager even no about PEP store. How were you even appointed the manager???
