More than poor

Blue downs shopping centre,PEP ..I went there to rent out my parcel and I waited to more than hour standing on the que and I paid for the parcel ..the cashier told me to wait for another person to scan the parcel...I waited for around about 20 minutes ..I asked the manager why are they doing this .she gave me attitude and she left me there..and its not the first time about its the second time..very poor their service
