More than just a bra down the drain

I am not sure where to direct my complaint

I regularly purchase clothing and other goods from Pep, especially after the arrival of my baby daughter. I have never previously had a problem untill two weeks ago.

I purchased underwaer from your Bonearo Park outlet. I put the underwear consisting of a range of panties and bras along with baby clothes in my washing machine on a delicate cycle . Not long afterwards my washing machine was making a terrible sound. I immediately switched the machine off and inspected the machine to see what the problem was. Upon investigation I saw that one of the bras under-wires had come out while it was being washed. I took the clothes out so that I could remove the under-wires so that it would not damage the other clothes but could only find one under-wire. The other under-wire had managed to go through a hole in the drum and was indeed the problem causing the noise that was coming from the machine.

I am really disgusted with the situation. I am not able to use my machine untill I have had a technician open it to remove the under-wire. The call out fee alone for the technician is R600??!!

This is really inconvenient considering the bra cost R30. Now I am stuck without a washing machine and less a bra.
