Monster manager

I bought a Router for my Rain sim @ PEP HOME CAROLINA MPUMALANGA.Absolutely shocking and uncalled for behavior from the Manager called Rorisang.I simply asked for a refund as the router is not serving it’s functionality purpose.It hasn’t been 7 days since I bought.One of the cashiers called her to assist me with the refund,biggest mistake.She shouted infront of the whole store watching ,including customers.The refund was not processed as she abruptly left the store to go whereever she was going and asked me to call Musa who then referred me to customer service.Mind you the 7 days expires today I’m stuck with a router I don’t need ,and can’t go to that shop again because she wants to swallow me whole for asking for a simple refund.She was so rude and loud.Absolutely no regard for concerns ,mind you I’m a regular in that shop. And the way she answered one of the cashiers who needed her help.Unprofessional,rude.
