Money Transfers Pep Money

Well I had a nightmare of an experience, Family was sending one another money R4000, R1000 each transaction, this occurred 02 November 2018, Four days later Pep still claims the system is offline, couldn't be bothered about Inconvenience or Incompetence. They simply do not care. What's worse when i heard about this situation, it became apparent Pep employees rob old people, They keep copies of these vouchers and withdraw the money before the Recipient can withdraw. Pep must be held more accountable other than just saying they're not responsible for the delays or theft
