Money Transfer from Pepstore.

I did a money transfer at Pep on the 10th March 2021. on the 11th the receiver of the money went to ABSA ATM to withdraw the money unfortunately the ATM was faulty on that day, the money did not come out, even the slip says that your transaction was unsuccessful the money will be reversed. i immediately called Pep Store and they told me that they will have to do an investigation it will take 3 to 7 days. after 7 day i called again no feedback every time. i have been informed that the matter is escalated further since the 11th March. i have been calling almost every week same story ever. even today i just call, i am informed that no Feedback from ABSA. i am not happy at all with the service i receive. is really frustrating.
