Money transfer bad service

I sent money for my elderly mom 08September 2020 at Pep store Esikhawini KZN Plaza mall, same Plaza it was withdrawn at Absa ATM but pin and vouchers numbers with me. Have complaint about this wrote and email as well no respinse.
