Money send

On Monday 29/02/2016 my mom HJP Kriel went to PEP Rayton to do cash-send for me. I did receive the sms from her that she deposit the money R700.<br> <br> On Tuesday morning 07:13 I went to ABSA bank Valhalla to withdrawn the money and there was nothing I phone my mom and she told me that she did deposit the money. I try again and still nothing then I went inside the bank they told me I must take it up with PEP. I phone my mom she went back to PEP just to find out that the money was withdrawn in New Castle, ATM No. 09755 New Castle mall. on the 29/02/2016<br> I dont know anybody there as my mom also. The lady that helped my mom her name is Donna Mayo in PEP Rayton I assume that she have something to do with the disappearing of the money (I cant say for certain) this is a big lost for us.<br> <br> I did send PEP a massage and there reply was: <br> Hi Veronica, Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
