Money not received

I was sent money through Pep money transfer. When we called the call center they noticed that the money was reverse by the ATM and they said they'll resolve it after 24 hours. After 24 hours they said 3 working days which was going to be on Friday. On Friday it became a new story and till now nothing is coming through
