Money missing *****

I'm very disappointed with this company ,since I'm still waiting for my resolvment of my money that was withdrawn at Eastern Cape money was sent at Pepcell Cape town at stgorges mall. No feedback from them and the police are saying they refused to tell them who withdrawn the money which is unprofessional wheres they say I must dispute it. I'm still waiting for something that happened on August the 8th.Everything they wanted I gave it to them.
