Money market transfer

My mother went to Pep store in tzaneen to make a money transfer and she was given the slip that contain the 10 digit reference number. She lost the receipt so she went to pep to enquire and she was advised to call the contact centre was given this number ***and she kept calling for days to no avail the holding time is very long and they never answer their phone it is unprofessional.
