Money market services

I visited PEP Montclair in Durban to deposit and withdraw money through their money market services and they turned me away 3 times, first time they said their system is off line, second time I asked store manager she said I must try Ackermans she didn't give me a valid reason I was so annoyed I just left, the third time it was on the 04 December 2020 around 15h40 the cashier said he doesn't have money since I wanted to withdraw, so he told me I must go to Absa ATM but the line was too long then I asked the next cashier he said he going to cash up now so he can't I was so annoyed.

I think if they don't wanna offer these services anymore they must say instead of giving us the run around its rediculous.
