Money dissapeared at pep 2 hours after deposit

Please stay Away from Pep money transsfer their service is beyond poor and they are not helpful at all. I went to Parow center on saturday morning to deposit money at Pep cell where a cashier by the Name Vuyolwethu assisted me to make to deposit one for R1500 and one for R1000 ,I then left sent the transaction number to the person i was depositting to without the pin. Few hours later he came back to say pep is very far from where is located i must deposit the money at shoprite. My husband and i went back to the same store where the money was deposited and the same person who assisted me Vuyolwethu gave me an attitude and told me she has depositted the money already and has no money. I went to another pep where i was told they are offline. I then went back to Vuyolwethu and she told me to go to ABSA i went to ABSA found the R1000 was already with drawn but the R1500 i managed to get. I went to another pep and they told me money was reedeemd at Esinako mall already imust phone the call centre and i phoned the call centre spoke to a Leticia who confirmed the above as well and told me to open a case. I really dont have time for this i just want my money back ,i work really hard to support my kids.
