Money disappears through Pep Money Transfer - no help from their call centre and instead im driven from pillar to post.

I sent money through PEP Money on the 21st of December 2016 at Randburg Square mall in Randburg with cashier by the name of Maureen, I did 2 transactions one was for R1000 and the other was for R700 at 9:19am on to the receipt, then I sent the details to the person who was intended to withdraw the money @ 10:11am on the same day, and when she tried to withdraw the money on the 24th December 2016 she could find the R1000.00 but she could not withdraw the R700.00, and I asked her to leave it and I will do it once I get home because maybe I would of mixed the numbers, I get home and when I had time I went to the absa atm to withdraw money on the 30th December 2016 I could not get money and I get a slip with an error.

I went to Shoprite on the 4th January 2017 to withdraw the money and shoprite tells me the money has been withdrawn already, I called the call center number: ***and spoke to a Mitchelle and she told me the money was withdrawn on the 21st December 2016 at Vernlurm street in Pretoria at 13:06pm, I had a shock of my life, I don’t know anyone from Pretoria and im still wondering that how did my pin numbers get to Pretoria, Mitchelle gave me numbers 011 ********** to call to confirm this and I call these numbers that next day because the have closed on Wednesday and I spoke to lady by a name of Nokuthula and she gave me same details on the withdrawal and the atm number and she asked me to do affidavit and make a copy on my id and open a case at the police station for the investigation and must call the ***number to send those documents back to, I went to the police station and did affidavit and certified my copy of my ID and opened a case and got case number so when I call the ***on Friday I spoke to Elick Daniels who completely did not know what he was talking about and he said he is transferring me to the absa ***** department and when I get to that department they denying they are the ***** department and I have to re explain my story again and I was transferred to a Amanda who now advised me to go to any Absa bank and there is a form I’m going to fill in and they have to send it to PEP to get the footage, now today in the morning I went to the absa branch in Randburg and they told me that they don’t just do footage without PEP’s concern so its PEP who is supposed to send a form to them to allow them to do the footage.

Now am I going to be driven from pillar to post between Absa and PEP for my money?? All I want is my money and this was my last money for my child’s formula and nappies so if PEP is going to allow such ********** activates with their services then they have to pay back my money, this money could be known by Maureen or me because the transaction was done while the two of us were present, so I wouldn’t sent money to a person I don’t know, if you could start investigating her and can I get my money back.

Just makes me wonder how many other people have you ****** of their money????People need to be careful of this facility. and I still want to know what happened to the money???

And I need someone who will call me with a solution because if you can’t, don’t bother to call me and me your CEO’s number or email address.
