Money back

I used the Pep money transfer in February and couldn't withdraw the cash sent. I went back to Pep Protea Gardens Mall, I was told there's a problem with the company handling money transfers. I went again week later, I was told by one of the employees that an sms would be sent once everything is resolved. Until today , three months later I have not received my money back. Every time I go no one wants to help.
