Mobile handset that is faulty

<p>So I was said in my face this morning that I am lying about the Tecno handset by Pep Glen ballad Mall. I went to Pep this morning and spoke to the person who is on duty. I explained to her what the handset is doing she then told me that she needs to call Patricia and asked her what she must do she then said to me that she can do nothing because Patricia did not answer her calls. I have also called her and she did not call aswell I did left a message and till now I received no reply from Patricia. I don't care I want my money back that I have paid for the handset. As far as I know when you open any kind of electrical or cell phone your warranty is falling away. Here is my conversation with Patricia regarding the handset.</p>
