Mobicel Tablet

Hi <br> <br> I purchased the 10 inch Mobicel Tablet from Pep cell stores on the 24th of December 2015. It was working when we opened but a week later it was not. It was dropped or even used that much as we were on Holiday. I could not return to the store as i was away but once i did get back i returned it to the store. The sales person Sadae looked at it and said there was nothing she can do as it was a technical fault. She advised that she has to send it back to MTN which was their supplier. It has been over 21 days with no response and when i call the store the sales people can not help as they do not what to do. it seems like they have taken people with no work ethic or skill or poor training as they cant help. They pass the phone along and i have to explain myself 3 times to still be told they have to get back to me. I just would like my refund back please. If something can stop working within a week than i do not wish to keep it.<br> <br> I really would appreciate feedback urgently <br> Thanks<br> Odel<br> ***
