Mobicel P12 - Not a good phone

Pep Store and Mobicell P12 I am absolutely perturbed from the purchase of my Mobicel phone from Pep Store Tongaat. I had purchased the phone on 10th Aug 2024 @ around 10h00. I had needed this phone so urgently for download an FNB banking app, however this phone has no option for a FNB app to be used in South Africa – except it only has a Zimbabwean app. However that was not the only problem - when the phone is switched on, and after use it does not close the screen, the phone application stays on all the time killing the battery. This morning 20th Aug 2024, the phone refuse to start up. I need this phone to be replaced with immediate effect or else I want a full refund. I also needed this phone to start up my work laptop as it always require an OTP to start my laptop, hence I am unable to do my work. Purchaser: Rohithlall Hansewraj email : ***
