Mmabatho is a consultant from tell...with nokubonga a devil cashier

These two ladies from PEP Southgate mall are very *********** and that are to deal with their bad attitude hence this will affect business for pep in Southgate. Mmabatho leaves her post for minutes while clients wait for her to come back from galavanting. I noticed how unfriendly these two ladies are and very disrespectful. They don't know anything about customer service and sales, I suggest you take them for retraining. Nokubonga is the one who should be fired and replaced, she chews gum everday when she's at the cashier desk... I eventually went out of the store without being able to do what I want there to do. I was told to go to chekers hyper instead. They didn't care to assist me with Mukuru. These consultants are comfortable in their positions and they are flippen useless they undermine the rights of clients.
