Missing Transaction

Good Day,<br> <br> On the 1st of February or last days of January, I deposited a R100.00 into my DSTV account at PEP Store, Hammarsdale Jucntion, Kwazulu-Natal using My ID Number ***.<br> <br> The amount never reflected on my DSTV account - I, if not mistaken, on the next day went to enquirer at the shop and I was told that the systems were down and that sometimes the transactions have some delays. I then went to PnP and paid another full amount and it went through immediately.<br> <br> Today I checked on my transaction history, it is still not reflecting and unfortunately I have misplaced the till slip.<br> <br> I am Xolani Ndimande
