Missing shoes in a paxi bag

My sister did sent her daughter a jacket and 2pairs of shoes through paxi in April 2023 to pep store in springs and the daughter had to go home in mankweng due to sickness,she didn't manage to go collect the parcel,yesterday when she go there to collect,she got the parcel opened and there was only a jacket,her 2pairs of shoes where not there and when she ask the cashier they said they received it like that.she called the paxi courier and courier comfirmed that there is no way they can accept an open parcel,the courier guy spoke to the manager and the manager was so rude.
