Missing R1000 on my PEP money Account

I have sent 3 emails without any reply from PEP. And I've been making calls and be told that i cant talk to the relevant department over the phone but when i send emails they dont even bother themselves replying my stupid emails. I mean we talking about 1k here and during Lockdown, dont they think im in need of this flippin money. I had to transfer another 1k to my mom just to replace the missing 1. And now they taking their own grannies time to attend to my matter.

I cant be driving morethan 30km just to make a call at PEP store because when i use my airtime i end up running out of it.

I dont know if i should just forget about it as they keep on ignoring my emails. And Nande yesterday said it will be resolved before sunset as i layed my complain on Monday.

Really this is "bull****"
