Missing Payment not allocated, nearly 2 months later

I made my first payment via Payshap on the 29/04/2026, after 2 weeks i received sms's about not making payment. I requested the proof of payment from ABSA. This was sent to them on several occasions already, as per Tenacity the incorrect reference number was used. 3 Weeks i spoke to them again and they said the missing payment will be allocated in 10 working days. Yesterday the sent me a sms again about payment when i phoned in the payment still not allocated. PEP and Tenacity has a bunch of *********** people working there. Everytime i need to explain the same scenario over and over to no avail. I just want my missing payment allocated. If not i will report this matter
