Missing parcel from Pep and Paxi system

On Tuesday 9 December 2025 @ 9:50 I sent a parcel using a paxi service at Pep Amalinda and I was told that I would receive an sms with a tracking number which I didn'treceive. I went back to the store at about 13:00 the same day and I was told that it happens that the sms be sent later or the following day and I sent a chat on paxi watsapp and I did not get assistance. On the 10th of December 2025 I contacted the paxi customer care and I was told that the parcel is not registered under my ID number. I then went to the store where I was told that the previous days parcels left the store and my parcel could be there too. I am still waiting for feedback and my parcel is still missing.
