missing parcel

Hi All , one of my parcels went missing . I used PEP and PAXI as makes things easier for SA people to send parcels from province to province. I send the email above and I've been sending for follow ups no one is attending my query . Boitekong PEP CELL in Rustenburg and PAXI (courier) can I please get some closure on my missing parcel???

Message Hi Sir/Madam My name is Veronica Moji ,I would like to express my un-satisfaction with the treatment received at PAXI (PEP delivery) by your representatives or courier . I have send 3 items which is ( women winter Gown, slippers and a pair of man’s leather shoes(brown in colour) from Rustenburg PEP Cell Boitekong mall to WOLMARANSSTAD PEP, however only received 2 item women (winter gown and slippers the other item is missing. I fail to understand how possible one item get missing in the same parcel /plastic, can I please get clarity on how to get my missing item back . I am disappointed on how PEP and PAXI tried to assist people by making things easy the next thing our parcels get missing. I plea to not go further with this matter by reporting it !!!
