Missing parcel

Good morning sir/madam My name is merndy shabangu, I did my pexi at pep cel Diepkloof Square on the 30/08/2024 and they sent me a message that I should expect my parcel to arrive on the 12/09/2024 latest. Even today i don't know where my parcel is,I tried tracking it but still no one is contacting me to arlet me what's going on,I have to do follow up using my airtime every day and this is frustrating as my son doesn't have shoes as I speak.
