Missing items

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from PEP. I bought a Candle and Diffuser Gift Set, assuming everything was in order. However, when I got home and opened the box, I was shocked to find that only the wooden tray was inside – the actual candle and diffuser were missing.
